I'm doing a workshop on Social Media Metrics, Measurement, and ROI at PodCamp Boston tomorrow. I still feel like I haven't totally wrapped my brain around all this. But, here are a few comments: Kudos to you for setting clear goals and starting off with measurement from the beginning. And, it will make your brain hurt!
