A blog with the comments feature enabled allows or sharing photos in flickrs allows Extension program participants to discuss plans and programs. Getting the software set up is easy and it is free, using blogger.

While there are some obvious easy tools to get started with first, like Flickr, for example, you have to be ready to invest a little bit of time in some thoughtful experimentation.
