The website has a support page where you can ask questions. The paint function has painting tools including Brush, Pencil, Airbrush, Clone, gradient editor and blending tool. There isn’t a mobile version yet, but there is something called Gimp Portable that fits on a flash drive that you can plug in to a Windows PC.
