Anyone briefly strolling through this park will likely hear the sound of a brass band and see local artists scattered along the sidewalk. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it was supposedly founded by a pirate, and is known as one of the most haunted buildings in New Orleans. The Audubon Zoo. Willa Jean. Carousel Bar.
