When I joined, we were a staff of three, and we're now at 55 in two countries: the US and Argentina. We have started to make our presence known on social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace, and we're encouraging people to use sites like Flickr and YouTube to share their photos and videos with the Idealist network.
