At this point, the servers were aging and needed to be replaced, and we needed new software and user licenses (MS Exchange Server), as well. I announced the decision to make the migration at the all staff meeting -- we have 8 FTE, 6 - 8 PTE and 3 Vista/AmeriCorps members -- and presented the plan and timeline for the project.
