The paint function has painting tools including Brush, Pencil, Airbrush, Clone, gradient editor and blending tool. It also creates digital documents like eBooks, reports, PDFs, and webpages. TechSoup Canada: Adobe Alternatives: Graphic Editing & Publishing Software. It apparently works in Windows 7, but not Windows 8 as yet.
