I grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, and both sets of my grandparents came from rural Mississippi. In Grub , you paired music with recipes and meals. I also like to include art, music, culture and a lot of things that I think get lost in the politics. What was the inspiration for the cookbook? or was there a particular path to it?
