The community itself plays a role in building a peaceful community. Vietnam is an S-shaped country that is slightly larger than New Mexico. Although Vietnam is regarded as a developing country, it has a literacy rate of 94 percent. They also have wonderfully egalitarian set of core values: All lives have equal value.
