We had humble beginnings 40 years ago in the Philippines and our founders Bill and Kathleen Magee. He had heard that in the Philippines, there was quite a few kids that needed cleft palate or cleft lip surgery and cleft lip and cleft palate surgery is a specialty. Bill is a retired plastic surgeon.

The organization operates in Thailand, Cambodia, the Philippines, Laos, Dominican Republic and India and also has offices in three donor nations: United States, Australia and New Zealand. The efficiency with which Destiny Rescue operates in their organization translates into helping facilitate more and more rescues each year.
