Review your donor data with an eye to loyalty and include at least one (preferably three or more) monthly giving appeal(s) every year to your target audience. Far too many of them will view this as a license to abandon direct mail. Don’t expect to bring in a consultant for a 1-hour training and slack off the rest of the year.
