I think my favorite example of that is a women's group from the highlands of Bolivia who wrote to us maybe seven or eight years ago. Each year we receive over 3,500 proposals from women's organizations all around the world. I think my comment in The Nation was really more about that. It is not that we aren't seeing the wins.
