WIPO Headquarters The event this last week at WIPO in Geneva, Switzerland, was the ninth meeting of the Stakeholder’s Platform, which was set up about the time the original Treaty draft was introduced. In particular, they wanted the group to endorse that a copyright exception under Marrakesh exclude works that are commercially available.
