If anything, I have been encouraged to develop a solid social media strategy with help from our Director of Marketing, as well as continued support from my fellow marketing staff here. I am very lucky to work at an organization that values social media, and have never received push-back regarding investing my time and efforts there.

Our country director in Bosnia was a survivor of the four-year siege of Sarajevo. The country director in Kosovo was a refugee during the war in Kosovo, etc.
