We have since worked diligently to upgrade out technology, but we now have a pile very much like the one pictured above of old computers, monitors, printers, tape calculators, etc. Of course charities rely on donations of all sorts as their bread and butter, so it’s useful, I think, to have a tactful strategy for turning down donations that you can’t use by telling donors where to take their IT discards. is now covered by a state e-waste recycling law.
