VietNet-ICT’s vision is to narrow the digital divide by providing ICT access to poor people in Vietnam. All people deserve equal access to opportunities. Although Vietnam is regarded as a developing country, it has a literacy rate of 94 percent. The community itself plays a role in building a peaceful community.
