Our survey of large companies found a robust interest for donating PCs. And then the program really got going with a major grant in 2007 from California Emerging Technology Fund. All of our RCI-refurbished PCs come with either a Windows XP or Windows 7 operating system, and all come with Office 2007. Fast Forward to 2012.
