Many of us do this and take content notes, but it is also great to take notes about instructional design and facilitation techniques. We used some Human Centered Design techniques from their “ Innovating for People ” design methods recipe book. It was the most stimulating web platform strategy session that I have ever experienced! I love being exposed to new ways of working, taking process notes, observing techniques, and thinking about how to apply to my own work.

It’s been great to discuss instructional design with other trainers that Deborah has brought together. For example, I incorporate tactical and visual techniques for participants to use to do the exercises. This means that you can’t be in the front of the room delivering content all the time!
