The real show in the museum was a series of canvasses showing tags--graffiti--and the curator and education department installed a wall in the middle of the gallery so that visitors could tag (we provided colored pencils, and people brought their own markers and stickers). Check out tools like Google Spreadsheets (which can generate a form) if you don't have anything available today for data collection. Tools like ping.fm and hootsuite.com allow you to post to Twitter, Facebook and more at the same time.
