Get Users to Grant Administrator Access Ask your users to visit Setup -> My Personal Information -> Grant Administrator Access and put in a date some time in the future that you don't have to worry about it for a few years. Nice time saver. than to poke around in the interface or export on demand.

I've heard enough tales of bequests from one-time or small donors to believe that they're real. You should be able to mark records as inactive after a set time period and stop sending them anything. For my clients with on-premises systems, I see no justification for deleting donors; disk space is cheap. Others Who Agree.

The organization has to be willing to put in the time. Time is also a barrier. By that I mean that they should expose themselves online.
