December 12, 2007 I had a good look at NTEN’s CRM Satisfaction Survey (yippee for data!), Satisfaction with Convio, Kintera and Blackbaud all trailed these top 4 tools. 3 trackbacks } Product Blogs » Blog Archive » CiviCRM comes out on top in NTEN Survey 12.14.07 The only other tool in the top 5 was Salesforce.
