I wanted to use more video examples, but only selected one that was more of a music video in case the audio didn't work. We got started about a half hour late. No problem.

Side Trip is an immersive environment full of interactive experiences that let visitors share their own stories of the 1960s, make their own rock posters, and explore the music and vibe of the time. But it got really interesting when another visitor approached the second slide projector. It is an incredible museum experience.

I learned how to type while I was in music school so I could temp to make some extra money. I'll photograph the speaker, selected slides or fipchart notes, and people in the room. Then, when the session begins, I take notes and hit the publish button at various points to save my work. I usually do this after each speaker.

There was funky music. They had a library designed like a British library with cabinets and books and couches to stretch out on and nooks and crannies for kids to slide into. They also have one with chairs with iPods for listening to music. There were lovely couches. There were people working and eating and chatting and reading.

In order to get my music onto the Pre I had to drag and drop it into the proper folder (and the Help files didn't give a clue about which folder that should be -- I had to search online to find that it's the DCIM folder). They have a MySpace page , complete with music from the Talking Heads, and a blog (though it's not RSS-friendly). And even the basic setup of the City Museum, which involves slides, pokey things, and aquariums, might not really motivate parents to hand over pricey equipment to their kids.
