Now is the time to step back and reflect on what is and isn’t working. Some programs won’t survive in a post-pandemic service model, and that’s okay.

Perhaps it’s because of the people they’ll meet, or because they’ll pick up a valuable skill they can point to during their next job interview. Provide mentors. Try using a younger adult who will be a more natural role model. Figure out why volunteering at your nonprofit would be attractive to a 20-something.
