In reality, we all spend most of our time trying to avoid failure, because the unpleasantness can have significant repercussions we may not want to trade for a shiny life lesson. We'd spent about 20 hours in development of each idea, and it felt just fine to trade that time for the things we learned in the process. Three were hits.

It searches Twitter and Facebook for phrases or hashtags and dumps them into a google doc spreadsheet.  Saves a lot of cut and paste time and great for analysis.   NutshellMail :   About a month or so ago, Manny Hernandez mentioned this free tool as a social media time saver. to make it useful for your needs.

I was fortunate enough to get two Google Wave invites last week (thanks to @nonprofitdaily and @donortools ). Now, I am still figuring out how Google Wave works. So, I grabbed nonprofitorgs@gmail.com which then on Google Wave becomes nonprofitorgs@googlewave.com. As I dig deeper into Google Wave, I’ll keep you posted.
