s book club on Visitor Voices in Museum Exhibitions , a collection of essays edited by Wendy Pollock and Kathy McLean. The best visitor voices projects don’t come out of marketing blitzes or grudging concessions to visitors. The lack of analysis across projects frustrated me throughout this book.
