If you contact employees at Convio on a regular basis, last week you may have gotten several out of the office notices stating that they were out for the day but would return your email or phone call as soon as possible. Now that our rebranding is off the ground, we've finally implemented something in Salesforce I've wanted to do for a long time…a welcome series of emails to new contacts. Use of Convios multi-lingual tools helped CI reach out to both English and Spanish speakers. One of the most exciting aspects of working for Convio is participating in the community with organizations like Care2 and others. They have multiple, creative opporunities to engage through online quizzes, polls and games.
