Facebook is pretty picky about what you can and cannot do on their platform, but the available tools and options are beginning to shift as they test what works for people and orgs, and what doesn''t. Pages can still edit text on photos that they''ve uploaded, but not status updates. The downside? You publish a Facebook status.

It recommends links and photos while you write. I took it out for a test drive, initially writing about Zemanta. I also didn't like the photos it recommended (and in fact one it suggested was all rights reserved). It works on a number of different blogging platforms, including the one I use, typepad.
