The longer version of my why is that in 2011, I had a hypertensive emergency with a blood pressure reading of 200/110 that was brought on by severe chronic stress and burnout. In every study I’ve read and every study I’ve conducted, there was always a group of people who, despite experiencing dangerous levels of stress, were not burned-out.
