Mark Horvath, known as " HardlyNormal " on Twitter and who is a tireless advocate for the cause of homelessness, was the winner of the SXSW Pepsi Refresh Challenge. Mark uses social media to tell the story of homeless people in America. The rules were simple, the winner who got the most retweets of a unique tag won. Applause!

Last week Ben Rigby of Mobile Voter, and the folks from Rock the Vote gave me a copy of their a new book. Technologies to Recruit, Organize and Engage Youth for a book giveaway on my blog. Why would we want a free book? for poverty, hunger and homeless advocacy and change. Mobilizing Generation 2.0: 3 months in a row.

Donors and communities are announcing big hairy audacious goals – end modern slavery, get to zero chronic and veteran homelessness, increase job opportunities for certain communities by a factor of two – or ten! Disabilities like dyslexia, vision loss, or a brain injury or physical disability that gets in the way of using a printed book.
