In fact in a recent NFP Synergy survey ( Virtual Promise 2008 ) 49% of folks said they don't measure this stuff at all! I though it might be time we talked about this stuff in a bit more depth. So many people I've spoken to lately are not measuring how successful online has been for them. With another 20% declining to answer this.

First of all, for this survey 79% of American adults said they used the internet, and 59% of these use at least one SNS. 1] (In 2008, 26% of adults used an SNS.)
