Actually, the twitter API only returns the last 1500 (I scrolled back as far as I could from the search tool). We are seeing a great stream of tagged flickr photos from the conference - more than 2400 at last peek. And you wil find a lot of local scenery in the flickr stream as people enjoyed the streets of Monterey.
