The whole meeting took 90 minutes and the majority of the time was spent really working, not sitting and listening. They spent the first half of their time not even mentioning the museum--just talking about challenges that commuters face, their exhaustion and stress, and the ways that their work separates them from the community.

It's rare that a participatory museum project is more than a one-shot affair. In contrast, the Wikimedians were focused on making cultural content digitally available online using as open a licensing structure as possible. The project's setup also created more work for participants and museum staff than anticipated.
