LinkedIn recently announced they were going to drop the minimum age of users in the US to 14. Their reasoning is to help “pre-university” students in LinkedIn lingo, aka high school students to everyone else, prepare their online resume/online identity for a career once they are out of high school. Second, a local nonprofit executive is suing LinkedIn , because someone put up a LinkedIn profile with his personal information without his permission. I’m not sure why someone would post his private information on LinkedIn in this manner. Here’s the photo that caused the ruckus… from Mashable. Pay attention!

The first group was a group of 32 professionals who work or volunteer for nonprofit organizations through the Foundation Center located at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. What about LinkedIn?
