In honor of Gerry Davis, April 2018 My mentor passed away earlier this month. I have had the benefit of numerous mentors over my long career, but Gerry Davis was The Mentor. And stuck was the operative word: I stayed in that role for seven years. He also firmly suggested that I needed to change the name.
