The downside is that when you have four very experienced facilitators, with different styles, methods, and subject matter knowledge, it takes longer to design and you have to allow time for getting into a rhythm as a team. A good facilitator knows how to shift or tweak the lesson plan in real time if it isn’t working as planned.
