NTEN offered a fantastic Webinar today featuring Randi Zuckerberg, Director of Marketing at Facebook and Adam (didn't get his last name) from the DC Office on the emerging best practices for nonprofits who want to set up Facebook Fan Pages. Also, I had major brain blip and forgot the name of the polling app that they mentioned.

The tagging community that lies beneath the npdigg structure has taggers, consumers, aggregators, and meta aggregators. Someone on the 501 Tech Club NY list ( NTEN Affinity Group ) suggested a name change might be needed.

I have not been blogging because I've been at the NTEN NTC Conference , the premier event for nonprofit techies taking place in San Francisco. I have been doing the social media thing for almost 4 years and I took granted that most nonprofits are doing the basics in terms of measuring ROI, but recent polls I presented on Twitter speak otherwise. Poll your donors. The flaw in fundraising ROI I have already discussed. Monitor your website traffic. 81% answered no.
