Locate the file cert8.db db in the Windows Explorer pane you opened in step 2 and move the file to a different. Click the button next to Profile Directory labeled "Open Containing Folder". That will launch Windows Explorer and show you the location of Firefox's security settings. Close Firefox. location (like your desktop).

In order to get my music onto the Pre I had to drag and drop it into the proper folder (and the Help files didn't give a clue about which folder that should be -- I had to search online to find that it's the DCIM folder). In addition, the Pre stored most of my podcasts as albums, unlike my Zune which recognizes them as podcasts.
