Everyone's Smithsonian: Video, Slides, and an Open Strategic Planning Process

The slides are also available for download. I'm not sure that's enough to go on for such a complex and diverse set of research, education, and civic facilities. Admirably, the Smithsonian has opened up their new media strategic planning via a public wiki. watch the video. It's better (though it takes a bit of time to load).
