Lame Spam(s) of the Day: Federal Tax payment rejected

Each one had a different "tax transaction ID". Since spammers don't bother with list hygiene, a new variant results in multiple messages in my spam folder. Today I got 4 versions of this spam. That should be a dead giveaway to anyone receiving these messages.

Lame spam of the day: Same Day Transfer sent successfully

The details of the "transaction" differs on each message, but the text is basically the same as below. Plain text, no logo, and the From address is obviously not from the Federal Reserve (plus, why would the Federal Reserve Bank be contacting me about anything?). This article says the links deliver malware.
