Our longest-term donor, the Skoll Foundation , went so far as to introduce me to a DC-based advocacy firm. We were up against immense political pressure to rescind the award. Bookshare today is part of a broader effort by Benetech’s Global Literacy Program to improve the lives and learning of students with the biggest challenges.
