The implementation began with EFE-US and EFE-Jordan. Following the initial EFE-Jordan implementation, Salesforce was intentionally rolled out to the rest of the EFE Network one country at a time. An initial solution was built on the Salesforce platform to provide a framework for managing relationships and basic process automation.

In this case, I used the exercise to help the teams from Yemen, Morocco, Lebanon, Tunisia, and Jordan see a visualization of their collective expertise. You can do a whole network analysis which looks at organizations and people in specific geographic or social change area.
