Nonprofit Salesforce Practitioners (NPSF) is a 6 year-old Google Group now with over 1700 members, averaging around 300 messages a month. Only requirement for membership is that you have a connection in some way to nonprofits using Salesforce. That kind soul managed to find someone at Google who could go in and fix it.
