Yesterday, in preparation for a session I'm doing at BlogHer Boston , I created a quiz for folks to self-assess how much information overload was a factor. Jack Vinson , who scored an admirable 5, noted it isn't about the too much information, it's more about behavior. The important information will rise to the top.

This is my fourth BlogHer Conference. I need to come up with a sketch of the new information design: Think about the sidebar in layers so there is less scrolling. Amy Gahran gave a writing workshop at BlogHer that was very inspiring. What's your advice about improving your blog design or writing? Great exercise.
