Discussion of Donor Data Retention

The same topic came up recently on the APRA''s listserve, PRSPCT-L. There seems to be a feeling we should remove any records that have not had an action in 7 years. If it’s a record with no financial giving and no actions, is there another reason that it is in the database? I’m a bit worried by this.
