According to this recent Harris Poll , nearly 60% respondents said they don’t go an hour without checking their phone. It may sound counter-intuitive but we need to use technology. Our mobile phones make it worse, because now we can check into the Internet, anywhere and anytime. I don’t think that tools alone can do it alone.
