Give me a little bit of behind-the-scenes insight, like the Palmer Museum twitterer who bragged about helping a registrar move a 700 pound box or the Whitney Museum which trumpeted its "very nice" toilet rating. Same goes for the San Francisco Zoo , which often tweets out visitors' cute photos taken at the zoo.
