Though many of the countries we work in are talked about in the news (DR Congo, Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan), some aren’t as well-known (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Nigeria) and we often need to explain why operating in these countries is important. Anything else?

Since then, the platform (which is open source ) has been modified for use in South Africa (mapping xenophobic violence), DR Congo , Vote Report India (to monitor the recent local elections) and more.

For example, when women have this kind of specific skill-set training, they are more likely to have less children, to keep the children they do have in school, to be able to provide access to medical care, and things like that. They come from all different casts, all different religions, and from indigenous backgrounds in Mexico.
