We filed the following comments to the Copyright Office's request for comments on issues about access for people with print disabilities. Many of the comments critical of the proposed treaty come from parties that object in principle to copyright exceptions, rather than having a direct stake in the issue at hand.

After playing with all the options, I ultimately decided to export the files to HTML, upload online via FTP and serve in a Salesforce custom web tab aptly named "How Do I?" They have a hosted version , but at a minimum of $20/month it's more than I want to spend now compared to a one-time software license purchase.

The on-premises version of Lync requires server licensing for the back-end infrastructure, client licensing that goes on the individual PCs, and different types of CALs (client access licenses) depending on the number of functions the Lync 2013 architecture has. Lync Server fits on top of Windows Server environments.
