I was particularly eager to hear the afternoon lecture , Cyber Strategy for a Developing Nation , by Charles Nesson at iLaw. The initial cyberstrategy was to capitalize on the inmates' interest in music by using music as a means of teaching digital skills. The prisoners stay in the computer lab and work hard to master digital skills.
