As we've heard, something like 18% of the people in the world live on less than $1 a day, and a much bigger percentage live on less than $2 a day. The reality is, actually, that these people who are living on less than $1 a day, for the vast majority of them, it's more like $1 per family, than it is $1 per person.

It's sort of a new form of philanthropy, where average people can be really engaged, make a huge, huge, huge difference, and have a lot of fun at the same time. Our combined donations range anywhere from $21,000-26,000 per month, depending on whether it's July and people are on vacation, or what's going on, and how many chapters meet.
